~What kind of material are your shirts made of?

Our infant bodysuits and bibs are a blend of 35/65 polyester/cotton
Our infant shirts (6-12 and 12-18 month) are also a blend of 35/65 polyester/cotton.
Our toddler and youth shirts and our toddler long sleeves are 100% cotton.
Our raglan shirts are a blend of polyester and cotton.
All of our shirts are unisex.

~How is the design put on the shirt?

We use high quality heat transfer paper, a business printer and one of the best heat presses you can find.

First we print the image , then we press it onto the shirt with our heat press using very high pressure.

We then slightly stretch the shirt, and re-press it one last time to ensure the polymer has adhered to all the fibers,

This gives you a quality product that does not peel or crack, even after washing and drying!

~ Do you use "iron ons" ?

No we do not use "iron ons".

An iron on is a DIY paper you can buy at your local hobby shop and then iron it onto the shirt, once that is done you can wash it a few times and your shirt is ready to be thrown away .

Our process is similar to the iron on process, we also use a paper and print the design on it, after that we apply heat to press it onto the shirt.

However the difference in the 2 is quality.

We use a high quality ink and paper, we then press it onto the shirt with high pressure -- our heat press.

You cannot mimic this at home in a DIY project as high pressure is needed to make sure the image will stay on the shirt for years, and will NOT peel or crack!

Our ink will not bleed/run in the wash unlike the iron on may.

~ Will the colors be exactly the same as on the screen?

The colors will be the same as shown on the screen, however due to monitor differences in contrast, brightness, hue and saturation, the image on the shirt may appear to have less of a "pop" than you see on your screen.
